Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy on all vacuums and rakes. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs plus a 10% restocking fee. 

For spare parts, we offer free returns for 30 days on all spare parts, as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
